A: we are a manufacturer , have our own machine for Weaving and coating. We are located in Taixing city, Jiangsu Province. It takes about 1 ~2 hours from Shanghai to our factory.
Q2:What's the MOQ? A: 100 sq.m.
Q3:Package & Shipping. A: Normal package:carton(Incuded in the unite price)
Special Packge: need to charge according the actual situation.
Normal shipping :Fedex also your nominated Freight forwarding.
Q4:When can I offer? A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price pls call us or tell us in your email , so that we can reply you priority.
Q5:How do you charge the sample fees? A: If you need a samples from our stock, we can provide to you for free, but you need to pay the freight charge.If you need a special size, We will charge the sample making fee which is refundable when you place an order.
Q6:What kind of machines do we have ? A:German Karl Mayer high speed full automatic warping machine (at 1000m per min) 1 set
Italy Dornier wide rapier looms (breadth:4.3m)
15 sets Dipping production line
10 sets Coating production line
2 sets PTFE membrane production line (annul capacity is about 1,000,000sqm) 5 sets.
Q7:What's your special advantage? A:We have been working closely with DuPont on the food grade products, such as oven liners and tortilla conveyor belt etc. Properly processed products PTFE resin without any PFOA can qualify for use in contact with food. We have signed agreement with DuPont by using Teflon Trademark License because our technic and quality also are approved by DuPont.
Q8:What's your delivery time for production? A:If we have stock , can delivery in 2 days ; if without the stock, need 7~15 days !
